Illegal demolition of a home in the Occupied Syrian Golan

In September 2016, Al-Marsad wrote to the EU Delegation to Israel, EU Member State embassies and embassies of the Permanent Members of the UN Security Council, regarding the illegal demolition of a home in the Occupied Syrian Golan by the Israeli authorities. Al-Marsad called on these countries, in line with their duty to act under international law, to urgently raise this issue and related human rights violations with the Israeli government through existing bilateral channels, and at the current session of the UN General Assembly; and obtain binding commitments that Israel will stop these activities and abide by its obligations under international law.
