Israeli police fired rubber bullets and tear gas against Syrian civilians in the occupied Golan

Israeli police have fired rubber bullets and tear gas against Syrians in the occupied Golan, causing numerous injuries, in addition to arresting several Syrians.  This is the culmination of several days of aggressive police action against Syrian civilians and farmers who were peacefully protesting against a wind turbine project developed by Energix Renewable Energies Ltd. (‘Energix’), an Israeli energy company, on Syrian agricultural land.
